Tiwa Savage is currently a “Specialist of Music”, having being consulted with a privileged degree from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England.
The Nigerian artist was on July 15 granted by her place of graduation “in acknowledgment of her motivational and global vocation in music.”
The University shared a photograph of Tiwa Savage tolerating the testament on Twitter with he inscription:
“Congrats Dr @TiwaSavage! We’re really pleased to have granted the Queen of Afrobeats a privileged doctorate at Canterbury Cathedral toward the beginning of today.”
The mother-of-one moved on from the University with a degree in Business Administration.
She was one of 10 people who got the distinction at the foundation’s gathering services at Canterbury and Rochester houses of God.
In her acknowledgment discourse, Tiwa Savage said; “I’m pleased to get this [honorary degree] close by my kindred honoraries at this extraordinary college.”
The occasion was gone to by her child, companions and other relatives.
In her message to the school class of 2022, the artist said “I’m really glad and I maintain that you should go out there, have a great time and kill it. Be the best you that you can be on the grounds that you really merit it.”
