and fined ~10,000 for abusive behaviour, Asante Kotoko is in hot waters after the Player Status Committee ruled on a request from former player Abass Mohammed.

Since removing the striker from their squad and denying him his basic right to practice with the team, the Committee found the Porcupine Warriors guilty of abusive behaviour.

After being handed a one-period registration ban and fined ~10,000 for abusive behaviour, Asante Kotoko is in hot waters after the Player Status Committee ruled on a request from former player Abass Mohammed.

Since removing the striker from their squad and denying him his basic right to practice with the team, the Committee found the Porcupine Warriors guilty of abusive behaviour.

But Mohammed was told that his services were no longer needed and was barred from training with the club ahead of the 2020/21 season.

He claims that for an explanation and payment of his unpaid inducement fee of about 20,000, he sent three letters to the club, but there were no positive answers.

This obliged him, claiming just cause, to end his career.
