Blows from Ebusua Dwarfs coach fuse ahead of Kotoko clash: Fabio Gama would be over

For Wednesday’s exceptional Ghana Premier League match against Asante Kotoko at Cape Coast, Ebusua Dwarfs coach Ernest Thompson Quartey says his side is hardened.

After last week’s 2-1 win on the road against the Liberty Professionals, the Crabs are playing with confidence.

Since losing 1-0 to Medeama last month, the Dwarfs have not lost at home.

But the players and technicians have been inspired by their outcome run of good results to stop a Kotoko side who are on their surge.

He told Fox 97.9 FM in Kumasi, “We are fully prepared, well focused and our concentration is on the game,”

“Playing against Asante Kotoko is a normal game. Kotoko is one of the teams playing in the Ghana Premier League not a team from space.”

Quartey also took the time to tear into Brazil’s new Kotoko recruit, Fabio Gama, who was influential in their victory against Liberty.

He added, “Fabio Gama is over hyped, he is a normal player like my own Michael Ohene Asamoah (Saviola) who plays for Ebusua Dwarfs,”

On the Ghana Premier League table, the Dwarfs are eleventh with 11 points and Asante Kotoko is seventh with 13 points.
